If you still need to surrender you pet, it is vital that you do not leave it to the last minute as it can take some time to find a suitable foster care placement. The actual surrender can be last minute but, please, give us enough time to find a spot to squeeze them in.
If you have no other option and need to surrender your dog, please click this button to complete the form. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will assess whether we have any available homes or capacity to assist you. Please understand that completing the surrender form does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate or accept the dog.
Please note that a fee will apply to dogs who are surrendered to SABBR. The fee will be dependent on the vet work the dog has already undergone, the vet work that will be required, transport of the required and any additional factors. The surrender fee is at the discretion of SABBR and will be determined upon completion of the online form and whether SABBR have capacity to accept the surrender.
